This place is a popular Cantonese restaurant, but I don’t really get the hype—maybe I just didn’t order the right dishes
Very busy restaurant, we had king crab dinner with other dishes. Service was great and dishes were fantastic. Wonton soup, king crabs, fried rice and shrimp was my top favorites, but really liked all dishes. Can’t even remember all of them. Definitely recommend, and make sure to call ahead.
Date of visit: 9/7/2025 Sunday, Dinner around 530pm. If you are eating on a weekend Dinner better come early as the restaurant gets full and wait time is long. They have live seafood. Service is pretty snappy and quick. Recommend the snails, and their eel tastes great as well. I'm not an eel person but their version is really good and I actually like it. They serve random desserts post meal, sometimes soup sweet soup like pumpkin and sometimes various flavored pudding. I've eaten here multiple times and I'm liking their food more and more each time. A+ recommend.
My family and I went here for Thanksgiving. We had a reservation and were able to get seated on time. The place was crowded with people waiting for tables. The food came out fast and was very good and flavorful. We had a turntable on our table and the food disappeared really fast as there were 14 of us. No pictures of the food. Just of the restaurant and our order. We ordered lobster, shrimp, chicken, calamari, beef, noodles, rice and veggies. 11 dishes were shared family style.
Ordered their signature New York No. 1 Wonton Soup, Poached Snow Pea Sprout with Three Kinds of Eggs, and a Chicken and shrimp fried rice. This wonton soup comes with three types of wontons mixed in, each type is slightly distinct and very delicious. The broth isn’t too salty so it’s fine to drink as soup and hydrates well. The poached snow pea sprout with three kinds of eggs takes a very plain dish of pea sprouts and makes it more protein-dense and lightly salted. The three egg types are a poached egg, salty egg, and century egg. Combined, this is a unique dish I haven’t seen before but tastes good and is a great way to get some greens into your dinner. The chicken and shrimp fried rice was a very satisfying choice to get, well seasoned with nice visible pieces of shrimp, chicken, and egg shreds mixed throughout. Service here on a weeknight was great, moderate amount of tables occupied and pleasant to relax in. The atmosphere matches your typical Chinese restaurant expectations with some loud chatter in the background, staff overseeing operations and efficient food output. Our meal ended with some complimentary mango jelly which was a nice dessert to finish with.
No frills authentic chinese food in flushing! Went on day after Christmas, was expectedly busy, but we had reservation for a table of 10; service was fast and food was delicious! Ordered lobster soup, wonton soup, lobster fried rice, beef fried noodles, and sweet + sour pork and walnut shirmp. Highly recommend! Typical Limited curbside parking at Flushing

Famous garlic aromatic crispy chicken 7. House special steam live fish 8. Snow pea sprout W.three king of eggs 9. Braised noodle W.chinese mushroom It is suggested for 10 people but since we had 3 children with us, we could not finish as the portions were big. The king crab was so good and I liked that we tried it in a variety of styles. At the end of dinner, we had a dessert soup too. The restaurant had a decent amount of people in it, large parties and small. All the dishes looks amazing. The king crab fried rice was my favorite.
Excellent Cantonese Cuisine The head chef is from my Dad’s hometown. The food is authentic as it gets. Every dish was wonderful and delicious. Massive flavor in each bite. My 2 favorite dishes were the sautéed house clams and the Golden Fried Rice. Just makes your tongue dance a bit… BYOB is a big plus Interior design can use an upgrade…
